Join us for unforgettable hike and breathtaking views.

We are hosting a wedding in Yosemite National Park

We are covering the stay and we request that you fly into Fresno Yosemite International Airport. The drive from the airport to the stay is about an hour and a half. If you are Joining us for the hike you will need to fly into Fresno on the eleventh of June. If you are not joining for the hike feel free to join at any point in the weekend. 

Sunrise moderate 2 mile hike, 1.5 hours from the stay.

Please dress in whatever you feel comfortable hiking in. After the hike we will spend the day together at the main house and will provide food and beverages. Those that are not joining for the hike are welcome to explore the area, hang at the house, or just sleep in.

About Taft Point Sunrise Hike

The hike is predicted to take about an hour. The AirBnB is an hour and a half away. We will have a light breakfast the morning of for the guests hiking with us. We will provide headlamps and ask that you dress comfortably for the hike. It is expected to be chilly in the morning. 

As of now, we have a reservation for the hike and no further reservations are required. We will continue to monitor in case that changes. 

We hope to spend the weekend exploring the beauty of the park and surrounding areas and hanging out with all of you! We ask that you enjoy your time and explore all that the area has to offer. We will meet nightly for dinner at the main house.

About Taft Point Sunrise Hike

Because this is an untraditional wedding, we are covering the cost of the stay. We are not accepting gifts and we ask that if you are persistent, donate to the LGS Foundation for us instead. It is a cause that is near and dear to us as we recently lost a friend who had the disorder. https://www.lgsfoundation.org/

The House

We will cater Thursday night and will stock the house with food and beer. Feel free to grab any snacks or drinks you'd like on the way.

Relax

Yosemite is fantastic and we hope you take advantage of all the area has to offer but if you want to hang at the house and kick your feet up more power to you.
